Hours: Avg 32-45 hours per week, approx. hours of 7am-7pm Mon-Sat
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.40 per hour
(Depending on Experience & Certifications)

Sears technicians are the best equipped in the industry—you will be provided a work van, fuel, and laptop computer. Typically, our technicians travel directly to their first call from home each morning in one of the newest fleet vehicles in the industry! You will use our computer-generated routing system that enables maximum customer satisfaction.
Description: Provide superior customer service in customer’s homes; diagnose and repair refrigeration appliances, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, garbage disposals and heating equipment; other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Prior work experience repairing appliances listed above;
Electrical background, read and interpret schematics, safety rules, and maintenance instructions. Candidates should have excellent customer service and teamwork skills; be able to make independent decisions and have strong organizational skills; valid State driver’s license with a good driving record required. Computer skills necessary. Comfortable with selling protection agreements and product add-ons!
