Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling is a national leader in the property restoration industry. We work with property owners and insurance companies to provide emergency services and complete reconstruction and repair needs arising from fire, water, falling objects, vehicle impact, mold and sewage contamination, and other disasters events.
Our Eastbay office has a position available managing the emergency services department. The emergency services department provides 24/7 response to mitigate property damage. Work includes water extraction and structure drying, structure and content cleaning, inventory and pack-out of personal contents, mold and sewage remediation, and more.
The manager is responsible for daily scheduling and project management of numerous technicians and jobs, as well as some estimating and sales. Continual communication with customers, employees, and other stakeholders are critical. Organizational skills, empathy, and leadership are essential to the success of the position.
The position requires full-time and attention Monday – Friday, plus some after-hours emergency response work.
The ideal candidate will have industry experience, estimating & sales skills, possess IICRC certifications for the above described work, and have experience leading and managing others.
