Real Estate Investment Company currently seeking a skilled, confident, and dedicated maintenance technician to help with and manage rehab projects.

Part-time to full-time

Experience with painting; light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and roofing.

Also knowledge about window repair a plus. General handyman.

Must have reliable truck with insurance; necessary tools to perform general tasks; get job done.

Strong organizational skills with practical intelligence; effective communication and problem solving skills.

Experience managing different skill crews.

Pay is negotiable, $10-15, depending on experience.
