CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE - FULL-TIME (West Sacramento)
We are a small, but growing niche pet food, supplement, and formulation software company focused on the veterinary channel.
We are looking for an employee that is skilled in professionally communicating with clientele via phone and email. Additionally, a candidate should possess the organizational skills to perform the packaging and shipping of our expanding product offerings.
Duties include answering phones and emails to provide customer service, becoming well versed in our product line, packaging and shipping out orders, and inventory management.
Experience in customer service and strong communication skills is a significant advantage.
Must have integrity, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, helpful, and friendly. We take pride in our high standards.
Must be computer savvy.
Must have a valid driver's license.
We do pre-hire drug testing and background checks to meet business insurance obligations.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs and have correctable eyesight.
Work hours 9AM to 5PM.
Medical insurance contribution and paid time off.
