Well established, custom Marble & Granite / Kitchen & Bath Company is looking for a Sales/Estimator.
Our main office is located in the heart of San Leandro. We work on many exciting, high-quality large custom homes along with well-regarded architects & designers.
We are seeking a Sales Estimator, who can also perform Project management tasks, and has long term experience with all aspects of residential remodeling and new construction
You must have a good working knowledge and strong mathematical skills,
You must be able to communicate respectfully, concisely and efficiently with customers, other employees and contractors.
We are specifically looking for a very responsible individual who is interested in long-term employment and is detail oriented with a strong desire to learn, to excel and do good work in a positive environment.
Other requirements
• Responsible in generating new businesses by proactive marketing
• Excellent communication skills in English, written & verbal
• Ability to read and understand plans • Good working knowledge of the estimating process,
• Ability to determine construction labor costs
Industry Experian plus
