Position: Account Executive (Sales Account Manager)
If you are looking for a ground floor opportunity with a rapidly growing company, this opportunity is for you. Got Appraisals is an expanding, service-oriented Appraisal Management Company. What is needed is a highly motivated, results oriented individual to sell the appraisal services of Got Appraisals. You must have morgtage business experience and an understanding of HVCC. Prefered applicants will have wholesale morgtage experience with production of $5 to $10 million per month. The responsibilities include developing and qualifying leads, phone prospecting, setting up appointments, understanding the client’s needs and business objectives, preparing and presenting sales proposals, closing the business and following up with customers to insure their needs are being met. An additional task is to constantly inquire about what other services the customer needs or would like and reporting this information.
In this industry it is important to build good personal relationships with potential clients, expound on the benefits of Got Appraisals’ solutions and service capabilities and having the ability to overcome objections.
It is important to be able to work independently as well as being a good team player.
Responsible for resolving issues promptly and meeting commitments.
Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service representing Got Appraisals.

Requirements:
• Excellent presentation skills
• Outstanding communications skills both oral and written
• Ability to effectively communicate and interface with peers as well as executive level management.
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, and responsive to customer requests.
• Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Demonstrates business knowledge, perspective and ethical behavior.
• Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Knowledge/experience in real estate or the mortgage business preferred.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
