Pacific Office Automation has been in business since 1976 and is the largest independently owned document imaging dealer in the nation. We have 17 branch offices in Oregon, Washington, California, Utah, New Mexico and Arizona and are now growing so quickly in the Bay Area, that we are moving to a HUGE office building in Pleasanton, Ca by the end of the year! We now have the expanded space needed, to hire on more Copier Technicians for this growing market.
We are looking for Copier Service Repair Technicians with Networking Skills and previous repair experience on copiers and/or printers, as well as individuals with mechanical aptitude that we can train ourselves.. We are seeking individuals who enjoy teamwork, possess a good work ethic and communicate well.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
* Providing high quality technical and repair support to our customer base
* Communicating with customers and sales representatives to ensure satisfaction
* Troubleshooting and developing options for clients
* Managing time, resources and various demands of a busy schedule

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
* Excellent customer service
* Great mechanical/electrical aptitude
* A+ or N+ certification is a required
* Certification and 1 year experience is desireable (exp with Canon, Sharp, or Konica Minolta preferred)
* Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
* Job will require lifting of up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, standing, and moving of large objects
