It has a Generac Highline Q-556 Quiet Quality generator with 250 hours. It has a flush system for emptying the holding tanks. On the inside it has a rear bedroom with a king size walk around island bed with his & hers closets, night stands, and built in TV and air conditioning. Ahead of that is a large closet with sliding mirrored doors and a bathroom across from it with a glass shower. Moving forward from there is the kitchen with a 3 burner stove and full size convection oven, double stainless sink that doubles as a counter, huge side by side fridge & freezer, with the dinnette across from it with a pantry closet. Ahead of that is a large couch with a swivel seat across from it with a drop down table. The couch and dinnette both make beds so the coach can sleep upto 6 people. This coach has tons of storage inside and outside including under the king size bed. There is a 19" TV built in the front with a VCR, detachable face cassette player, tilt, cruise, carbon monoxide detector, and push button battery disconnect for storing. This is a high quality coach with real oak wood cabinets and heavy duty upholstery on all the seating. The coach is in excellent condition mechanically and cosmetically and everything works. This is a 21 foot travel trailer that weighs only 3030 pounds so you can tow it with almost anything. It has roof air conditioning, full awning, a storage compartment that goes through both sides, and a front storage compartment that holds the spare tire and two 5 gallon propane tanks. Its currently registered until June of 2010 and it comes with a hitch with weight distribution bars and sway bar. In the front of the trailer there is a wrap around dinette that make a queen size bed with a drop down bunk over it and in the back there is a full size bed with a bunk bed over it so the trailer can sleep 6 comfortably. The bunk in the front folds up so its also a cabinet for storage but the bunk in the back doesn't fold up. It has a very large bathroom with a small tub in it. It has a fridge with a freezer inside it and a spot for a TV on top of it with an antenna or cable hook up. It has a 3 burner stove, microwave, large sink, and built in stereo with CD player. There is storage under the rear bed. The trailer is in excellent condition inside and out and everything works. You will not be dissappointed if you come to see it. GMC Motor-Home Restoration/ Conversion Project (walnut creek) $10200

1975 California registered (no smog required) GMC motor-home. ALL interior fitments have been completely removed.

The vehicle is ready for a motor-home interior, to your design, conversion to a toy hauler or race car carrier, mobile workshop or whatever. The latter would require the rear shell moulding be modified to have a door/ramp installed.

It was built by a company called."Wallace Bearings" using standard GMC parts, in Arizona. Standard GMC's were made in 23' and 28' versions. This one is 31' long. It was designed as a proportional stretch i.e. the windows are in the same relative position as the standard versions, not all scrunched up like regular stretch versions.

To accommodate the planned weight increase a 500 cu in Cadillac engine and transmission were installed, the vehicle is front wheel drive. The 4 rear wheel drum brakes were replaced with disc brakes ( 6 wheel disk brakes) Wallace front wheel bearings were installed together with rear wheel tracking devices. The two seats are Cadillac electric actuated seats, there is also a couch/sofa bed installed. Installed on the roof top are a luggage rack and air horns.

The dash and console need cosmetic make-overs!

All the 'car stuff' works fine. I drove the vehicle down from Oregon with no problems. The air suspension works fine as does the electric air compressor mounted in the engine bay with the accumulator tank.

Installed equipment that MAY work includes a 6KW sliding generator, 2 roof A/C units (interior panel missing on one) LP gas cylinder (pretty big), an engine coolant heater unit, don't know why it is not installed in panel, roof fan, 36 gall. black water tank and drain piping. Not installed: 40 gall. poly. fresh water tank, LP gas furnace, 2 SS sinks, water pump and pressure chamber, dash A/C unit, roof fan. Various bits and pieces.

There is an almost full length awning and a window awnings both sides, these and the coach are in an interesting color combination!

The six tires appear in good condition and 4 spare tires are included as is a tire mounted on the spare rim.

Construction is of aluminum square tubing covered with aluminum sheeting, the end caps are fiberglass. All glass is intact, windows work, with no scratches screens for all windows included. Solar film was a lousy job and needs removing and replacing.

This is not a project for the faint of heart but when completed one would have a truly unique vehicle. GMC spares and after market components are readily available..

The vehicle is parked in ABBA RV storage in Concord. Continuing to keep this spot should not be a problem. After battles with DMV and Highway Patrol I finally got the vehicle registered in June '09.
