Sink, stove, oven, AC hookups, retractable awning, shower, refridgerator (propane / electric), heater, Air Conditioning, toilet, bathroom sink, dual holding tanks, electric water pump, dual propane tanks (one new), 1 yr old battery, led guages for tanks and water supply, water tank, and lovely early 80's curtains, linoleum, and decor.

Needs a little minor cosmetic repairs here and there. Refridgerator is currently not working. Was working about 12 months ago, but unsure why it isn't now. A nearby shop gave a rough estimate of 100-400 to fix.
