Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt is growing again... The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced Assistant Manager in food retail such as the grocery industry, the coffee industry or specialty food outlets that is looking to take the next step. This position includes managing a crew of 12 to 20 part-timers to maintain the highest level of customer service in each and every transaction, maintaining a spotlessly clean environment following all procedures for food safety and quality, interacting with customers and the community to grow and promote the business, and daily managing of the accounting, product integrity and inventory control.
The position requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public, working a flexible schedule matching the needs of the business which is predominantly nights and weekends and the ability to communicate verbally and in written form with staff, managers, human resources and customers.
You must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and frequently lift up to 6 lbs above shoulder level.
