Cal-Am Properties, a national leader in Multi-Family Residential Community Management, is growing and looking for Property Manager Couples to join our success in Southern California. We are always looking for qualified Manager Couples to manage our 55+ and All-Age residential communities. Experience in Property Management is preferred but not required. We offer a competitive salary plus a benefits package including health insurance, vacation, sick leave, a generous housing package and paid utilities.
On-Site Property Managers are responsible for all phases of community operations under the direction of the Regional Manager. Specific areas of responsibility include 1) hire, train and motivate on site personnel, 2) maintain the common areas of the community in excellent condition, 3) creatively initiate and organize resident functions on a weekly and monthly basis 4) enforce all rules and regulations including home and home-site condition through ongoing home-site inspections and 5) collect rents, make deposits and report to the home office using property management software.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
-Property management experience preferred
-Demonstrated Skills in Management and Maintenance techniques
-Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other trades preferred
-Desire to make continuous improvements
-Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is a must
-Excellent communication skills
-Supervisory experience
