Excellent opportunity for a well qualified senior appraiser that wants a long term position with a highly successful REO real estate company in Alameda, Ca.
Perfect candidate will have current CA residential appraiser license with 5+ years of experience. A CA real estate license is a plus. Familiar with values in Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. Experience on REIL and Paragon MLS systems.
Will be trained in other aspects of REO including property preservation, eviction, Broker Price Opinion's, Monthly Marketing Reports, escrow and offer management.
Strong management skills required. Excellent written, verbal, computer and communication skills.
Seeking a professional with a passion for excellence and not afraid of hard work. 50 plus hours per week--some weekends required. Must have reliable transportation, navigation system and high end digital camera. Prefer candidate live within 30 minutes of our Alameda office. Casual office-team approach.
