Heritage Associates is looking for an EXPERIENCED Leasing Agent to work for one of their Bay Area properties. The ideal candidate should be a self starter, reliable, trustworthy, responsible, dependable, and possess good problem solving skills.
REQUIREMENTS/JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
* Leasing apartments and dealing with tenants on a day to day basis.
* Collecting rents, serving notices, doing walk through in vacant apartments.
* Handle tenant requests, isuess and complaints.
* Complete leasing/administrative paperwork.
* Must have excellent communication and listening skills.
* We require that you provide excellent customer service to our current residents as well as prospective residents.
* You must have proven sales skills to lease apartments through professional phone and in-person sales techniques.
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft word, Excel, etc.)
* Must be available to work weekends and float.
