Yes, the real estate market has been brutal: foreclosure rates have reached all time high: one in 398 homes in the US has received foreclosure notice. With unemployment rate at the historically 9.8% nationwide and over 10.7% in the San Francisco bay area (according to US bureau of labor statistics), and as homeowners struggle to make payments on their mortgages, we are most likely not done yet with the foreclosures.

So, why are we continuing to work in the real estate business, or better yet, getting into it right now?

Number one, you can actually make good money in the short sale business.
Number two, you can also help out with the struggling homeowners to avoid being foreclosed upon.

We have helped many homeowners successfully going through short sales and we would be happy to share our experiences with you, and help you to be successful as well.
