Office Administrative Assistants/Customer Service Agents (brentwood / oakley)
Answering a high volume of calls from customers.
Scheduling jobs for technicians and sales representatives.
Doing paperwork and organizing office space.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR IN CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR IN OFFICE WORK
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 2 SATURDAYS A MONTH
MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
Computer savvy - including Microsoft tools and Gmail.
Position Hours and Compensation:
Hours of work will be 35-40 a week with 2 Saturdays out of the month. There will be a 90-day probationary period in which management will decide if potential employee is a good permanent fit. After 3 months, employee may be eligible for Medical Benefits. Salary will range from $300-500 a week with a potential raise after 3 months.
