Position Description
We are looking for a positive & energetic Executive Assistant and Office Manager who has drive and passion for assisting a great team. The Executive Assistant supports the 3 person corporate executive team and should have great interpersonal skills, great organization skills, excellent written and verbal communication, analytical skill, and judgment. This individual must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize daily and serve as an example of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Administrative support for the executive management team
• Scheduling, meeting organization, materials preparation
• Light document preparation and spreadsheet manipulation
• General Reception
• Travel planning and coordination
• Ensure that office is neat, clean, and professional in appearance
• Process all incoming/outgoing mail, faxes disseminated immediately, appointment tracking, phone calls & messages distributed, respond to inquiries appropriately and immediately
• Ensure supplies are readily available for staff, and equipment is in good working order

• Strong work ethic – capacity for hard work and a desire to perform at a high level
• Ability to interact professionally with senior management and leadership team internally and externally

Other Requirements
• A BA from a 4 year university preferred – although relevant work experience will be considered
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience, working in a professional office as an executive assistant
• General office management background preferred
• Familiarity or background in special education a plus
