Trumpet Behavioral Health, doing business as Behavioral Counseling and Research Center and Quality Behavioral Outcomes, is one of the leading providers of Applied Behavior Analysis and specialized learning services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Aspergers syndrome, physical and cognitive delays, emotional and behavioral challenges, ADHD and related disorders. Services are provided in schools, residential settings, family homes and day programs. The company employs approximately 500 full and part time people.
Position Description
We are looking for a positive & energetic Executive Assistant and Office Manager who has drive and passion for assisting a great team. The Executive Assistant supports the 3 person corporate executive team and should have great interpersonal skills, great organization skills, excellent written and verbal communication, analytical skill, and judgment. This individual must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize daily and serve as an example of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Administrative support for the executive management team
Scheduling, meeting organization, materials preparation
Light document preparation and spreadsheet manipulation
General Reception
Travel planning and coordination
Ensure that office is neat, clean, and professional in appearance
Process all incoming/outgoing mail, faxes disseminated immediately, appointment tracking, phone calls & messages distributed, respond to inquiries appropriately and immediately
Ensure supplies are readily available for staff, and equipment is in good working order
Required Skills

Other Requirements
A BA from a 4 year university preferred although relevant work experience will be considered
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience, working in a professional office as an executive assistant
General office management background preferred
Familiarity or background in special education a plus
