Your primary responsibilities: This position will report to the Director of Operations. You will be responsible for preparing reports, analyzing data, and overseeing certain accounting responsibilities.
Your time will be spent on:
Preparing sales performance reports
Preparing marketing reports
Entering new clients into QuickBooks
Creating and tracking invoices for premium clients
Managing vendors updating accounts, requesting returns, tracking payments
PTO tracking and payroll reports
Scanning and filing
Assigning leads to our sales team
Excel project work as needed
Data entry work as needed
You will need to have the following abilities:
Solid follow up skills
Attention to detail
Time management skills
Strong excel skills with the desire to learn more
Excellent written and verbal communication
Your qualifications:
Required:
2+ years experience using Excel in the workplace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to take on increased responsibility within an entrepreneurial environment
Preferred but not required:
Bachelors degree
Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
Familiarity with CRMs
Familiarity with QuickBooks
Sales experience
Compensation:
Starting salary range: 35k- 40k based on experience. Health and vacation benefits available after 3 months.
