This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a starting salary of $18-20/hour.
To apply, you should possess the following:
3+ years of experience with a construction or law firm dealing with construction defects
Strong organizational and software skills
Professional demeanor and excellent references
This position will focus on the following tasks:
Compiling documents and preparing detailed reports
Scheduling meetings and depositions
Interfacing with project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients
Maintaining budgets, timelines, and schedules on an ongoing basis
Assisting with marketing tasks as needed
