General Contractor in Contra Costa County looking for someone with immediate availability for Claims Processor/Receptionist/Office Support Position. Please do not respond if you cannot start asap.

-professional phone etiquette, be able to answer multiple phone lines
-ability to Multi-Task in fast paced enviroment
-be able to adapt quickly to change
-be higly organized
-have excellent computer skills
-be a fast learner & problem solver
-be very flexible, willing to wear many hats
-have driver's license & insurance
-be available to start ASAP
-be willing to work these specific hours:
Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm - lunch hour from 12:30-1:30
A PLUS:
-insurance claim processing backround
-construction backround
-fluency in Spanish
MAIN DUTIES:
-answer mulitiple phone lines
-process new claims, close out job files, process invoicing for accounting
-order, organize & keep inventory of all office supplies
-keep accurate database of all jobs
-manage customer satisfactions
-filing
-help all incoming foot traffic
-assist all office staff with miscellanous projects
-company errands
-plan employee birthdays
-manage postage for office
-water plants throughout office
-keep entire office clean & organized
-send ITEL & UPS packages
-deliver mail & packages
