Small, non-profit publisher of books on Zen Buddhism, seeks an experienced, energetic, and motivated finance professional with proven track record in all aspects of computerized accounting: A/R, A/P, G/L, payroll and benefit management, budgeting, inventory management including reprints and distribution reports and interface, fund accounting, database management, and preparation of financial statements such as author and foreign rights royalties. Excellent computer skills in accounting, database management, and spreadsheets required. Familiarity with ACUMEN publishing software and prior work in book publishing a plus.
