Currently we have open positions in the following areas:
CNC Programmer
Responsible for programming, editing, modifying and maintaining files on all parts manufactured on CNC equipment. Creating and editing programs for CNC vertical machining centers and full 5 axis machines. Working knowledgeably of CNC and conventional machine tools and revision measuring tools. Coordinate and communicate effectively with production and machinist to develop fixtures/work holding to achieve best overall result. Perform other duties as required by direct supervisor.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in CNC programming in a manufacturing environment.
MUST HAVE Solid CAM and Solid Works experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
Ability to maintain confidential information as this position is exposed to machines and machine part designs.
CNC Operator
Run/set-up Mills as an operator.
Requirements:
Candidate must have at least 1 year experience of related machine operation experience.
Ability to operate a variety of machine tools including micrometers, caliper, as well as jigs, fixtures and gauges to check work.
Knowledge of machine shop theory and procedures.
Willing to learn and follow supervisors instructions. Well organized and able to meet deadlines.
Quick learner, open and able to adapt with new tasks and processes.
Ability to lift heavy object.
Mechanical Assembler
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: handling and assembly of small parts, (such as socket pinning) and cable assembly.
Requirements:
1 year of mechanical assembly experience
Ability to solder using hand-held wand
Attention to detail.
