Pleasanton machine shop seeks a Mechanical Inspector capable of using micrometers, calipers, surface plate and other measuring tools in order to inspect short-run and high quantity production parts. Must be able to interpret drawings and use simple forms.

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent
Computer literate
Must possess sufficient language skills to effectively communicate with others
Must be able to lift 50lbs occasionally
Experience in a machine shop environment a plus
Experience using a CMM a plus
