Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Manager

Our Company is seeking a highly motivated, hard working and dependable individual to join our team as a maintenance technician/janitorial site manager in the Berkeley/Emeryville, CA area. We have over 30 years in the maintenance business and we service some of the most respected properties in the State.

In this position you will be responsible for (1) directing and implementing the maintenance commands and tasks that our customer requests. (2) You will direct the janitorial foreman regarding service calls that are directed to him thru you via phone. These commands will come from (our corporation) or the on-site (General Manager). The job involves the use of hand and light power tools and 60% of the work is performed outdoors. Man lift experience and experience with hand and light power tools is a positive. Experience with Tennant Industrial Scrubbers, High Pressure Steam Cleaners is also a positive but not a requirement.

At this site you will supervise a maintenance crew while conducting preventive maintenance and repairs of the facility and its equipment. You will perform these functions on a PM basis and as they are directed to you. This position is fast paced and requires energy, leadership and above all organization. Your computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel is a positive but not a requirement.

Successful applicants will have experience leading and training team members and will possess organizational skills and general maintenance skills listed above.

Compensation

Compensation: $12.00 to $28.00 Per Hour - Based On Full or Part Time Offer, Qualifications, Experience & Specific Position Available.
