SR. CORPORATE RECRUITER
**This is a full-time, permanent position located in Emeryville, CA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage entire recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions in divisions such as Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Finance, eCommerce, Creative Services and more
• Partner with Hiring Managers on sourcing strategies; focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, employees and vendors
• Market Art.com effectively to job candidates and business contacts
• Track and maintain recruiting metrics for reporting purposes
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of recruiting experience as a corporate employee, contractor or search firm; college degree preferred
• Must have a successful track record filling challenging roles in a fast-paced environment and some experience recruiting for technology positions
• Hands-on Recruiter with solid business acumen who provides excellent customer service and relationship management
• Creative individual who brings stellar industry knowledge, business networks, cold calling techniques, internet research and MS Office skills
• Strong knowledge with various job boards, niche sites, community networks and affiliations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; an approachable Recruiter who is a good listener with outstanding follow up and execution
• Solid skills such as negotiation, project management, trouble shooting and organization
• Flexible individual who is looking for an exciting internet retail company with an amazing HR team!
