We service numerous Labor/Management Trusts and Public Employee/Employer benefit plans providing a complete array of administrative services.
REQUIRED AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
„h Requires minimum (5) year¡¦s experience working in the following areas with Taft-Hartley Trust Administration: B&E, Claims, Pension.
„h Bachelor¡¦s Degree
„h Excellent English grammar (written &oral) skills must have ability to write/edit/proofread within tight time constraints.
„h Ability to think logically and make independent decisions.
„h Knowledge of federal HIPAA Privacy Rule regulations and general knowledge of current state and local laws concerning privacy and data breach issues.
„h Familiarity with legal instruments, such as powers of attorney, Conservator, QMCSOs, etc. Ability to use computer keyboard, personal computer and printer, photocopier, fax machine, scanner, microfiche reader/printer and multi-extension telephone.
„h Ability to accurately key 45-60 WPM and operate 10-key calculator by touch. Ability to work with minimal supervision. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook skills required.
