JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Ensure client retention and satisfaction.
* Establish professional and personal rapport with clients.
* Independent thinking and execution on client issues and scenarios.
* Minimum selling on customer referrals and interested persons.
Most of the customer service is done over a combination of phone, fax, mail, and email. You are responsible for client retention through personal effort and delegation to administrative staff. You may need to supervise staff activities. We will train you on the insurance background if necessary.
You must develop your insurance knowledge and execution to the point where you inspire customer confidence. That means you know your dozen basic products, common insurance ground rules and regulations like muscle memory - without the need to refer to literature regularly.
You may need to work overtime occasionally (once or twice per month).
REQUIREMENTS:
* Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
* Phone sales and/or customer service experience.
* Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
* Confidence, Energy, and Accuracy a MUST!
* Ability to independently analyze insurance/employment related scenarios and come up with working solutions.
* (After learning basic knowledge) Ability to independently learn and apply advanced knowledge, improvise and make correct decisions based on said knowledge.
* Eligible to work in the U.S.
PREFERRED:
* Active California life & health (preferred) or P&C license in good standing. We will sponsor the right candidate to get licensed.
* Experience in the insurance industry.
COMPENSATION:
Annual base salary + Performance based bonus + Benefits including medical, dental, paid time off.
