The Tech Museum Summer Camps, hands-on science and technology classes for entering 4th-8th graders.

Recruiting Interview Specialist
Our recruiting department is currently seeking three people to take responsibility for reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews for all of our camp positions. You will talk with between 25 and 45 candidates per week for a 30-minute interview, as well as making decisions about next steps for applicants. A great candidate for this role will enjoy talking on the phone, and will be able to share a contagious enthusiasm for Galileo and its programs!
Recruiting Interview Coordinator
Split your time between conducting reference checks and managing all candidate logistics. You will help to answer our recruiting department phone, handle email correspondence with candidates, coordinate our in-person interview process, conduct reference checks, and manage offer letters and HR onboarding. A great candidate for this role will enjoy talking on the phone, as conversations with our candidates’ references will be 40-50% of time during busy season. This is a great fit if you’d like a job with varied responsibilities and a changing daily pace.
