Job Summary:
The Site Coordinator for OSP-Contra Costa will provide management of mental health and social service programming at LCC school site.
Qualifications:
· Two years+ experience in school-based program in a public or non-public school program.
· MA in Education, Psychology, or Human Service related field or BA with additional experience in a human service related field.
Job Duties:
· Liaison for LCC on-site clinical team.
· Management of program operations at site.
· Liaison with school administration at site.
· Coordinate with school administration and teachers on development of school-wide behavior interventions that include a prevention, early intervention, and crisis intervention protocol.
· Coordinate family outreach activities throughout the school year.
· Coordinate outings/activities for clients.
· Liaison with caregivers, teachers, and community members.
· Data collection for outcome measurements.
· Administrative and programmatic support to LCC staff on-site.
· Implement philosophy, policies, and procedures of LCC.
· Participate in QA as it pertains to documentation of progress notes and case records according to state Medi-Cal regulations.
· Provide specialized client services i.e.; crisis intervention, group rehabilitation, overall presence in school community as assigned.
· Complete required documentation within the designated time frames.
· Provide leadership in developing relationship with other support organizations that can assist the school in meeting their needs.
· Coordination of Summer Camp Program in collaboration with Program Manager.
· Program management and supervision of school-based grant funded programs, projects and services.
· Coordinate implementation of integrated services model at school site.
· Participate in LCC school site team meeting and other meetings as assigned.
· Participate in LCC orientation and in-service training program.
· Understand and follow all LCC safety policies, procedures, and rules. Perform all job duties safely. Attend all required safety training sessions. Identify and immediately report all workplace hazards, safety rule violations, near misses, and work related injuries.
· Other duties as assigned.
