SENIOR CARE CONSULTANT – Fantastic Career Available!!

Established and growing elder care agency has an immediate opening for a caring and energetic senior care case manager/marketer for our Hayward location. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic team member. This position is a wonderful blend of consultative sales, relationship-building, and advising families who are in search of senior care options.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial individual. You must also be caring and compassionate with a desire to help people through stressful times. Elder care, health care industry, or social services experience is a plus. Current senior care contacts in our field a plus as well. Note that this position is 75% field work and 25% office work.

MUST HAVE:
-Outside sales and/ or marketing experience
-Confident computer skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Clear and concise communications skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload independently
-Reliable transportation and a good knowledge of the local area
