Busy Bay Area dental practice is seeking a full time Front Office Coordinator. Ideal candidate should have the following:
- Minimum of 5 years dental business experience.
- Energetic, genuine, friendly, caring and warm.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Professional work ethics and attitude.
- Good organizational skills
- Good references for work stability and excellent attendance
- Ability to prioritize in a busy and fast paced work environment
- Quick learning ability and able to handle constructive criticism.
- Proficient computer skills (knowledge of Patient Base program is a plus)
- Ability to work harmoniously in a multi staff environment.
Duties and abilities include but not limited to the following:
- Greeting and exiting patients with care.
- Scheduling appointments effectively.
- Process payments with accuracy and consistency.
- Insurance verification and predetermination in a timely fashion.
- Patient oriented treatment plan presentation.
- Effective phone communications
- Generate monthly statements and collections
