• Basic computer proficiency (typing speed 30+wpm, familiarity with MS Office, and internet research)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Quick learner, ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
• Outstanding customer service skills, including a pleasant, professional telephone manner
• Positive enthusiasm, compassion and dependability
• The ideal candidates will have a professional demeanor, will be able to think on their feet, and will have a clear understanding of the need to always perform to the level of our standards.
• At least 1 year Dispatch work experience within the transportation field is required.
Experience in medical terminology preferred, but not necessary because training will be provided.

Salary ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 hourly depending on qualifications and experience
