Qualifications:
• 3 years minimum of prior experience as a Sous Chef A MUST
• Applicants must also posses a strong positive attitude and be self motivated and willingness to work long hours
• Ability to participate in the managing and control of food, labor and maintenance costs associated with upscale operation
