Come join us for a powerful evening of exploration, visioning and empowerment. This is the week of the Full Harvest Moon and Fall Equinox, a time of celebrating the abundance we already have and opening up to the possibilities before us. Together we will use Creative Processes, Meditation, Breath, Journaling and Sharing to:

•Access our deepest wisdom and intuition.
•Uncover the negative beliefs that get in the way of moving forward in our lives.
•Write the stories of what we want to create in our work, relationships and health.
•Envision and begin to take concrete action towards the fulfillment of our life purpose.

Bring: Journal and pen, water, something that will allow you to sit comfortably upright (we do have pillows to share) and an item that represents what you want to create in your future.

Toi Lynn Wyle, MS, MFT, ERYT leads workshops and retreats focusing on the healing and integration of body, mind & spirit. She weaves together over 19 years of experience, drawing upon her training and experience as a Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Expressive Arts Therapist, Clarity Breathworker, and Yoga Instructor.
