Skills and Abilities
∙MUST HAVE 5-10 years experience designing Printed Circuit Boards using Cadence Allegro Format at a Senior level.
-PCB Design Bureau experience helpful
-Strong customer service skills
• Experience with the following software tools: Cadence Allegro, Concept, Orcad, Unix and Valor or Cam 350.
• HDI experience a must.
• Knowledge of IPC-2221, 222, 600, and 610.
• Experience in Setting up Complex Design rules, Schematic entry, Flex & Rigid designs, ability to build and maintain libraries.
• Ability to read a Digital and Analog circuits.
• Background with through hole, SMT, and BGA technologies using high density dual-sided assemblies.
• Experience in routing multiple layers (2-20).
• Incorporate the latest fabrication and assembly industry standards.
• An understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly manufacturing processes.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
• Ability to work towards a deadline.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Great interpersonal skills and team focus.
∙ Willing to work on site at customer facilities located in the Silicon Valley
