Industrial Process Controls - Automation - Instrumentation
We are an industrial process control systems integrator in the east San Francisco bay area seeking résumés from qualified individuals with skills and experience in our field. We have a large number of long-time customers, a solid reputation for delivering quality, cost-saving and innovative solutions, and a great team of employees that enjoy what they do. We have customers all over northern California - from the Half Moon Bay area to Sacramento, the silicon valley, central valley, and occasionally projects in southern California and out-of-state.
We are a project-based company, and we put a lot of responsibility on our Technicians' and Project Managers' shoulders. We also reward accordingly. We are interested in people who have experience, are great at customer-service, and have a can-do attitude. Being personable is very important to us and to our customers.
We are soliciting résumés from people with experience with many or all of the following skills:
Instrumentation calibration, PLC programming, SCADA software programming, control system troubleshooting, control panel design/build, process piping and instrumentation installation, etc.
We can offer a base salary depending on experience and skills, performance based bonuses, great medical insurance and dental benefits, optional vision insurance, and 401k plan with profit sharing. Our ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in the skills listed and have customer relationships from previous work experience to bring in. This person would be friendly and responsible, eager to jump when customers call, and interested in doing a variety of projects and tasks. We are out in the field working for our customers all over the bay area, so be willing to drive -- this is not (usually) an office job, but there is a lot of freedom to succeed and manage oneself.
