Entry Level - Architectural and/or H.V.A.C. – Assistant Project Manager / Estimator position open at a mid-size well established Sheet Metal Contractor Located in the East Bay
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• The successful Asst Project Manager(s) will have a minimum of 0-2 years of Architectural and/or Mechanical project management.
• It is essential that the ideal candidate must have some experience in the Commercial and Light Commercial construction industry
• Must be capable of handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
• The qualified candidate must have experience with the average project size from 10,000 to 500,000.
• Must have the ability to review and process submittals; RFI’s; COs; and daily correspondence.
• Must be a self-starter with a high level of integrity and be relationship driven.
• Should be motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a clean DMV
COMPENSATION:
Salary DOE + Health Care, 401K.
