Fitness Equipment Sales Representative (California)
compensation: 25% Commission + Bonus $425-$1300 per sale
-The job would require to work out of your home.You'll be required to have a desk, computer (laptop or desktop), office phone and some marketing materials. Most of your day is spent on the phone communicating with potential clients or via email. On some days you will go out on the field to meet with clients, consult with them and view their space and/or equipment.
Green Fitness Products has 4 divisions to our business - all which can help you get a foot in the door.
-Sales of new, preowned equipment.
-Installation services/Grizzly Logistics delivery & assembly services
-Service & maintenance of equipment
-At least 3 years of sales
-Some knowledge of the fitness industry
Recommended experience but not required
-Sales within the fitness industry
-Knowledge of individual brands/equipment/makes & models
-yearly bonus / quarterly incentive bonuses offered
If you are bi-lingual that is a plus but not a requirement. We have clients all over the world including Asia, South/Central America and all over Europe. Speaking more than one language would definitely be a big help for us with regards to international sales.
Any good job candidate must possess certain skills.
-Must be a motivated self starter. We will not hand you the "Glengarry" leads! You must go out and procure business on your own.
-Must be a punctual responsible individual that comes to work daily and on time.
-Must be resourceful and willing to use the resources at your disposal to find solutions to problems.
-Must be a team player. Our company is still growing but we consider ourselves a family here and expect that you'll be a cooperative member of our team.
