Client Account Manager
CalFinder is looking for a team player who is an upbeat and adaptable customer service professional and can manage both large and small client accounts.

Your primary responsibilities: Customer Support plays a critical role within the business and this position has the opportunity to grow into a leadership position. The Customer Support team goals are to train newly acquired clients on our system, retain our client base, and reinstate inactive clients.
You will need to know how to:
Manage numerous client requests from initial contact through to resolution
Handle difficult conversations with a positive attitude, such as following up on delinquent billing, reinstating terminated accounts, and conducting satisfaction surveys
Listen, find the root of an issue, and identify a solution
Successfully communicate solutions internally and externally
You will need to have the following abilities:

Time management skills
Staying calm and positive under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication
Your qualifications:
Required:
2+ years experience providing customer service by phone
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong listener
Eagerness to take on increased responsibility within an entrepreneurial environment
Preferred but not required:
Bachelors degree
Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
Familiarity with CRMs
Sales experience
Compensation:
Starting salary range: 35k- 40k based on experience. Potential for bonuses based on performance.
