Wanted: A Smiling, Bubbly, Energetic, and Enthusiastic Chiropractic Office Assistant. $30-40K + Bonuses!
We are a Fast growing Chiropractic Corporation in the east bay with offices in Fremont, Union City, San Lorenzo and more to come. We are a warm, friendly, busy office looking to fill a full time positions for front desk, back office, and administrative duties in our growing chiropractic office. The staff person we are looking for is friendly, energetic, fun to work with, has a positive mental attitude with mature communication skills both verbal and written.
Duties will include:
• Greeting patients with a smile
• Answering phones with energy and enthusiasm.
• Work closely with the doctors to manage office efficiency, flow and
quality of customer care.
• Billing, and front desk collections
• Scheduling, and patient recalls
• Writing letters
• Tracking patient visits, office statistics, goal setting for the
office, and making sure the kids and families that come in feel the
warmth of our office and get that extra personal touch.
Requirements
* Must be healthy, energetic and comfortable promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Typing, Computer skills (working knowledge of microsoft word and excel)
* Problem solving, and multitasking ability are necessary skills.
* The hours are 8:00 - 6:30, 4 days week + Sat mornings. Please do not apply if you cannot work these hours.
