Responsibilities:
• Abstract all Leases, Amendments and Subleases and maintain information in the Lease Administration database system
• Maintain legal and accounting files according to system in place
• Abstract and maintain expirations, renewal options, and all other critical dates
• Review and update economic data continuously, calculate percent rent, CPI increases, etc.
• Review, process and pay monthly rent and additional billings from landlords
• Review annual landlord reconciliation statements and calculations, compare year-to-year increases and communicate with landlords to challenge areas where reductions or corrections need to be made
• Resolve Landlord/Tenant issues related to Lease Compliance
• Process and prepare billing statement for any sub-tenant charges and collect rent
• Facilitate Estoppels and Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreements
• Participate in monitoring budget variances year to year
• Communicate with and create reports as requested by Legal, Real Estate and Construction Departments
• Assist with various projects as required

Requirements
• Minimum of Three Years Experience as a Lease Administrator or Real Estate Portfolio/Property Administrator
• Minimum of Two Years College Education specializing in Business; Legal; Accounting or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to understand and interpret complex commercial lease language
• Ability to work with low supervision and as a team player
• Strong organizational skills as well as an eye for detail
• Ability to process work quickly and accurately, dealing with interruptions and changing priorities
• Strong accounting skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
• Computer proficiency in Accruent SLM/REM or equivalent lease administration software
