Fast growing government contractor is seeking a Contracts Administrator to work with the Director of Contracts and the Contacts and Compliance Division team. The position is
responsible for assigned Federal and Commercial projects for contract administration services, including but not limited to, budgeting, cost estimating, cost proposal preparation, contract negotiation, subcontracting, purchasing, project accounting, financial analysis and reporting, contract compliance, project audits, project property management and any other business related support required. Develops and maintains complete and accurate contract files, and ensures that corporate contract files are current. Assembles and maintains the prime contract baseline including terms and conditions, specifications, drawings, estimate, schedule, proposal and other baseline documents. Develops and maintains complete and accurate subcontract files, and ensures that the subcontract files are current. Assembles and maintains the subcontract baseline including flow down of prime terms and conditions, specifications, drawings, estimates, schedules, proposal and other baseline documents. Supports and reports to the Director of Contracts. Competitive candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, acquisition management, engineering, or related discipline; or have 5 to 7 years experience in government and commercial contracting environment; Demonstrates working knowledge of and ability to apply Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency specific supplements; Legal and/or Government contracting officer experience a plus. CPCM Certification desired.
