Job Description:
Experienced Construction/Property Manager with estimate and manage the rehab of residential and commercial properties for expanding Property Management company.
Will collect time sheets and review to validate hours, obtain permits, handle abatement isssues, budget analysis, solicit and review estimates, and prepare paperwork for submittal to Accountant.
Qualifications:*
*BSCE or Construction Management preferred.
* 3 to 5 years previous construction/property management experience
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Read blueprints (simple floor plan layout)
* Computer literate using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Clean DMV
