Construction company seeking a full time General Manager to help run their Hayward office. The successful candidate should be a self starter with excellent organization and time management skills.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft office Word and Excel
Ability to work quickly and efficiently with tremendous attention to detail in a fast paced environment with little supervision
Familiar with use of general office equipment and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to perform general accounting procedures
Knowledge of the concrete cutting industry desired
Primary Duties:
Manage all aspects of the office with the ability to be proactive, not reactive.
