11 month old Burley Rumba for sale, 2006 was the last year Burley made tandems and we bought this from Dublin Cyclery in August 2007 new. We've made some nice modifications to this bike. We've replaced the tires with Jack Brown 33.3mm tires that are larger than the standard 28mm it came with so the ride is smooth and stable. We also put on a small Nitto rear rack, and moustache handlebars front and back with bar end shifters. The stoker handlebar has a nice adjuster we added to easily allow the stoker to get the height of the handlebar just right. We also replaced the front stem with a taller stem.

The bike is in good shape and has always been garaged. We are selling it because it's a little too small for the captain. I'm 6-2, and my wife is 5-4, She fits fine, but it's a couple of inches too small for me. So to fit on this bike, the captain should be 6 ft or smaller. Size is front 56cm rear 48cm. Saddles and pedals go with the bike, and the pump is included too.

We love this bike, but had to get one that fit better, so we now have a Bilenky tandem that fits better. If this is your first tandem, you will really enjoy this bike. We've had a blast riding together.

Brand new tires that have never been ridden on. Needs new brake pads [ cantilever brakes $10-15 ]. There are some scratches on the frame, and front shifter casing is cracked but does not affect ridability. Great bike!!

Very good condition Raleigh Sprite 10 speed, needs rear derailleur and cable. Decent derailleurs can be found on e-Bay or at any LBS for little money. Otherwise in excellent condition. Tires are good and period correct, they hold air but the tubes should probably be replaced. 27" wheels still show excellent chrome.

Stand over height is 33" so this is the larger frame bike for a person 5'9" or taller.

The head set and front wheel hub have just been re-built and are in new condition.

I believe this bike to be a 1977 or there abouts. Very cool retro classic English bike. Genuine English Raleighs are known worldwide as the workhorse of bicycles, built to last 100 years. It is made from an all steel lugged frame, not like the cheaper, mass produced butt-welded types of today.

Its done in an iron cross motif and the detailing is exquisite. This is a Shasta Brand bicycle. 12-speeds Steel Frame and Fork, Aluminum Rims. It rides GREAT, Shifts perfectly with Shimano index, Newish Chain, Stops easily with Dia-Compe brakes (lots of pad left too), the seat is comfortable, only the front wheel is quick release so locking it up is easy. Has all the required reflectors (you should get a light).

A bit of oil in the right places and it would be even smoother. The tires have good tread but the rear will need to be changed because I bet the gumwall will fail soon. It has been left outside and has some fouling but I'm sure it will be fine for at least 10-more years. It never got messed with and I feel its appearance is good like that. Free political stickers already installed from previous owner.

I have a set of Mavic Aksium race wheels in black that were used for less than 50 miles. The wheels were on my recently purchased bike with Shimano components. I upgraded the wheels so now these got to go. They are wrapped in Continental Grand Prix 4 season tires (700 x 23C, $100 value)that were also used for less than 50 miles. This is a Silver Specialized mountain bike with an M4 aluminum frame. Very very light and durable.
The frame measures 20" standing at 30". Good size for anyone between 5'6" and 6' 0". I'm 6' tall
and been having a nice time on it. It's a 21 speed with shimano parts.

This bike is so light it takes getting used to. After a few pedals it kind of feels like it disappears...
but no, you look down and it's still there :) Also accelerates very fast.

Nice cushy seat with Duralite foam. Pretty much everything on this is aluminum:

helm
handle bars
brakes
pedals
kickstand
wheels

Everything is mechanically sound. Gear shift instantly, brakes are strong.
If you need a durable professional mountain bike but don't have the money
for a new one, this is a great value to the dollar. New this bike is $600 and up.
This bike rides very smooth and can ofcourse be used as a cool commuting or leisure bike.
